By accessing or using NoteSync ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and workspace.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Personal, Pro, and Team plan prices are shown on the product page. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of notes, images, screenshots, stream captures, attachments, transcripts, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, sync, process, and display content as needed to provide the service, including AI-assisted and multimodal features you enable.

4. AI-generated output

AI summaries, action items, image annotations, stream-analysis results, multimodal search results, and other generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for decisions, compliance, legal, medical, financial, or safety-sensitive work.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, conduct unauthorized security testing, abuse AI systems, or interfere with service operation.

6. Security

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, billing limits, workspace permissions, upload limits, stream-processing limits, or AI usage limits. We may suspend access to protect users, infrastructure, or the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, prolonged inactivity, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements. You may terminate your account at any time from account settings.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service or AI-generated output will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
